Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Support Officer to provide exceptional financial, human resources, and business support to our Housing Service Centre.
* Develop and maintain effective administrative systems for asset management, facilities, finance, human resources, reporting, and business processes.
* Ensure timely and accurate responses to information requests and demonstrate compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
* Provide expert advice and support to senior management on asset management, facilities, financial, and human resource management, reporting, and business systems.
* Support staff in general administrative tasks and provide training as needed.
* Liaise with team members, internal and external customers, and stakeholders to maintain effective relationships.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative support services to deliver timely and quality service.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support role.
* Strong knowledge of financial, human resources, and business systems.
