About this role
As an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in the Financial Advisory Team, you will support three Partners/Principals and the wider team, providing high‐level administrative support and coordinating activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high‐level administrative support to three Partners/Principals and the broader Financial Advisory Team.
* Complete client onboarding through Salesforce.
* Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
* Arrange domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
* Process Partner expenses in Concur.
* Organise internal meetings and assist in organising client/referrer and team events.
* Prepare and finalise client documents, letters, and proposal materials.
* Manage and maintain databases and systems, including regular updates in Salesforce CRM.
* Assist with Business Development, including proposal preparation, contact mapping and tracking of activities.
* Support monthly billing processes.
* Provide general administrative and ad‐hoc support as required.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility, responsiveness, and a proven background in professional services as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Key qualities include:
* Previous experience in a professional services environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High degree of organisation, multi‐tasking ability, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
* Rapid learning of new systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) and Salesforce.
* Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively.
