* Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfy, and well‐fed
* Work with the team to support those with challenging needs
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
* Keep tabs on residents' health – helping with treatments
* Be a friend to our residents
* Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
Qualifications
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Experience as a Personal Care Worker ideally within a residential aged‐care facility
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
