About the role - Support project execution across the full lifecycle of projects - from inception and feasibility though design and procurement to construction and close-out. - Assist in the development of sound, evidence-based advice for clients. - Engage with clients to understand drivers and conduct options analysis to assist with project pathways. - Coordinate and manage consultants to ensure project milestones are met. - Contribute to project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications. - Play a key role in contract administration, including reviewing scopes, managing variations, and tracking project costs. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project teams. About you - Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field - or equivalent industry experience. - 1-3 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator, Site Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role. - Ideally a background in commercial construction at a small to medium sized organisation. - A desire to take your skills and transfer them more broadly across the project lifecycle and a range of asset classes, especially inception and feasibility phases. - Experience producing/maintaining project schedules. - Adept communicator- able to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
