Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Architect to design, govern, and evolve enterprise automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and create repeatable business value.
What You Will Do
Design fit-for-purpose automation solutions, lead technical discussions, create and maintain target-state technical architecture, and develop AI-enabled assets used within service delivery platforms.

Requirements
* Demonstrated experience designing enterprise automation solutions in complex IT environments
* Strong understanding of automation architecture principles, integration patterns, and solution governance
* Hands‐on knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA platforms, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools
* Experience integrating automation solutions with platforms such as ServiceNow and related enterprise systems
* Knowledge of AI‐enabled platform capabilities
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate automation engineers and testers
* Ability to translate business requirements and operational pain points into scalable technical solutions
* Strong client‐facing communication skills
* Experience managing or shaping use case pipelines and prioritising work based on value, feasibility, and operational data
* Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud, service management, and operational processes
* Strong documentation skills
* Collaborative working style
