Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our APAC team in Sydney, Australia. The role involves driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by fostering strong relationships and ensuring customers maximise the value of our experimentation, personalization, feature management, and experience optimisation solutions.

The Team

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.

Your Mission

* Manage a portfolio of strategic commercial clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform adoption, and long‐term optimisation initiatives.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
* Drive measurable business outcomes, customer retention, and account growth.
* Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions.
* Partner with Key Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to align resources and deliver a seamless experience.
* Proactively identify churn risks and develop action plans.
* Develop deep expertise across multiple products and stay informed on industry trends.
* Support the development of customer references and case studies.

What You'll Bring

* At least 3 years of experience in a client‐facing Customer Success, SaaS, or digital optimisation role.
* Customer‐focused, organised, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable suggestions.
* Interest in UX, analytics, e‐commerce, or customer experience optimisation.
* Experience working with digital agencies, technology partners, or channel ecosystems is a plus.
* Willingness and ability to travel as needed within Australia.
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer‐centric mindset.
