Asthe first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse and distribution team. Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders and updating customer information
* Liaising with warehouse staff regarding deliveries and dispatch
* Managing data entry and administrative tasks
* Providing professional and efficient customer support
* Assisting with general operational coordination
