Overview
Drive strategic growth across Sunshine West VIC with a market leader in fluid power solutions. You will serve as the face of Motion for strategic customers, building strong partnerships, understanding operational needs, and driving sales and margin growth across your territory.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory.
* Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives.
* Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet.
* Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required.
* Build and maintain long‐term relationships with key decision‐makers.
* Identify cross‐sell and up‐sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering.
* Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner.
* Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month to meet customers.
Qualifications
* Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
* Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies.
* Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives.
* The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per month.
* Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
