We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across a core area of Kick’s platform. While this role is not limited to live streaming, deep knowledge of the live streaming space, or adjacent areas like creator platforms, social media, or entertainment is highly valued.
This is a senior role requiring strong product intuition, technical fluency, and experience leading complex initiatives from strategy through delivery. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to define strategy, create clarity, and deliver impact for both creators and viewers.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive the product strategy for your domain.
* Build and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap aligned to company goals.
* Identify user and business problems, validate solutions, and lead execution.
* Prioritise initiatives effectively—balancing short-term wins and long-term value.
* Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data, and other teams to deliver impactful features and experiences.
* Communicate strategy, priorities, and decisions clearly across stakeholders.
* Establish and champion product best practices across Kick’s growing product organisation.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
* Proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
* Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset, backed by data and research.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
* Technical fluency in APIs, platforms, and digital ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in live streaming, creator platforms, gaming, entertainment, or social products.
* Background in both early-stage and scaled product environments.
* Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
* Strong documentation and writing skills.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Google Analytics or similar.
