Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
