The Role As a Casual Sales Rep, you’ll be front and centre on the shop floor, helping customers gear up for their next adventure while stacking sales. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering standout, customer-first service Selling with confidence and hitting daily sales targets Recommending the right gear based on customer needs Keeping the store stocked, clean and presentation-ready Supporting the team during busy trade periods Learning our systems, POS and product range Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to know everything. You need the right attitude. You’re someone who: Loves sales and isn’t afraid to talk to people Brings energy, confidence and a strong work ethic Wants to earn more by performing better Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Is available across the week, especially weekends Has retail or customer service experience (preferred, not essential) Has 12V or automotive knowledge?
