Therapeutic Services Practitioner Opportunity

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as parent education programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that address a range of issues, including family dysfunction, domestic violence, homelessness, and unemployment.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to professional standards and organizational requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Relevant Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in counseling theory and practice, particularly in working with diverse populations.
* Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and intervention models.
* Sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, culturally and linguistically diverse clients, and individuals with special needs.
* Certification in first aid, CPR, and other relevant areas, as required by the organization.
