We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our busy timber and hardware branch in Cessnock. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated retail leader with strong trade product knowledge and a passion for customer service.
About the Role
This is a full-time salaried position in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll support daily operations, lead a team of 10+ staff, and ensure smooth inventory and sales processes.

What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a timber & hardware retail leadership role
* Proven ability to manage and develop teams of 10+ staff
* Strong product knowledge across timber and hardware categories
* Experience in inventory control and trade customer service
* Current driver's licence is essential
* Forklift licence is highly advantageous
