Step into a rewarding leadership role

Ramsay Clinic Adelaide is seeking an Administration Manager to lead our front office and psychiatrist consulting suite operations. This pivotal position is at the centre of our hospitals administrative functions – ensuring smooth, efficient and high‑quality support for our patients, clinicians and staff.

The Role

- Lead and support a dedicated team of administrative staff
- Oversee key hospital reception and administrative processes
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
- Work closely with hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations

Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence to lead support and motivate others
- A proactive approach and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- A commitment to delivering quality outcomes and positive experiences for patients and colleagues

Essential Skills and Experience

- Management experience with proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Understanding of exceptional customer service
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)

Desirable Skills and Experience

- Tertiary qualification in health management or related discipline or proven record of success in managing a complex range of services in a health environment
- Knowledge of health fund contracting system
- Experience with IBA / Meditech or similar patient administration software

Requirements
