About The Role
* Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests.
* Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno.
* Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
* Shifts range from 7.00am to 4.00am 7 days a week.
Requirements
* Must be willing to work in outdoor smoking areas.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential or willing to obtain.
* Bar and gaming service experience is preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
* Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time.
* Excellent personal presentation.
