In this role, you'll:
The Senior Manager IT Command Centre leads the end-to-end management of IT operations, with accountability for event, incident, and major incident management across a 24x7 environment.
This role ensures rapid restoration of services by driving efficient resolution of high-priority incidents across applications and infrastructure.
Acting as the central authority during outages, the role coordinates multiple teams and suppliers while maintaining strong communication with senior stakeholders.
It also focuses on performance management, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT operations leader who has successfully managed a command centre environment and can immediately operate at scale in a complex, multi-supplier ecosystem.
They bring deep expertise in incident and major incident management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations.
A confident communicator, they can engage effectively with executives and stakeholders while driving collaboration across diverse technical teams.
With a proven track record of delivering outcomes and improving service performance, they are hands‐on, resilient, and capable of operating effectively in a fast‐paced 24x7 environment.
