Base pay range

A$40.00/hr - A$40.00/hr

* 3-month contract, starting 7th July
* 2 weeks of paid training provided
* Full-time, Monday to Friday | Onsite in Blackburn

Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and debt resolution services within a busy call centre environment. You'll handle customer enquiries, review billing disputes, and support service fee collections-all while delivering high-quality, empathetic service.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Deliver excellent customer service and identify appropriate solutions for outstanding debt
* Review and assess individual customer circumstances to ensure accurate billing
* Handle accounts receivable and collections tasks
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to support timely resolution of service fees
* Raise and follow up on billing or collection queries
* Perform general administrative duties as required

About you:

* Proven customer service experience, ideally in high-volume or call centre environments
* Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
* Empathetic, calm under pressure, and able to think on your feet
* Detail-oriented with high accuracy and quality control
* Able to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
* Comfortable working independently and hitting performance targets
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams)
* Organised, adaptable, and proactive
