As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering the critical infrastructure that powers Australia's digital future. From hyperscale data centres to complex technology environments, your leadership will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
What you'll do
* Lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical and control cabling works, including ECMS, EMS and BMS systems.
* Supervise and mentor site crews, setting the standard for safety, quality and productivity.
* Coordinate trades, materials and site activities to keep projects running smoothly.Work closely with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders to achieve program milestones.
* Interpret drawings, specifications and scopes to plan works and minimise rework.
* Drive a culture of safety, accountability and high-performance delivery on site.
Our ideal candidate
* Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
* Previous experience supervising electrical projects within data centres, critical infrastructure or commercial construction environments.
* Strong knowledge of control cabling systems, including ECMS, EMS and BMS.
* ACMA licencing with endorsements in Structured Cabling and Fibre Optics highly regarded.
* Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver quality outcomes.
* Strong understanding of electrical and data cabling installation standards.
* Safety-focused, organised and confident working in fast-paced environments.
* A proactive leader who takes ownership, solves problems and leads from the front.
