Reporting into an experienced and well-respected Head of Reward and as part of a broader nationwide Reward team of 4 – you will support a large annual fixed and variable pay review. Not limited though to purely rem review, you will also manage benefits and recognition frameworks, and work on aspects of graduate benchmarking and their related interim reviews.
