If you enjoy supporting day-to-day operations and providing great service, you'll play a key role in our Mackay Service Department with duties that can include but not limited to:
* Providing exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the Service Department
* Book and coordinate jobs
* Preparing service sheets
* Follow-up on purchase orders
* Provide quotes, invoices and other administrative services as required
* Process all warranty claims and paperwork with PACCAR and Cummins
* Provide backup administrative services to other departments
About you
* Previous administration or warranty experience
* Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership
* Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
