About Our Banking Team
Our banking team advises Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, corporations and private equity funds.
We represent lenders, borrowers, sponsors and consortia on high-value corporate transactions and complex restructuring projects.
Our expertise includes acting for lenders, borrowers, arrangers and investors, understanding commercial drivers in client transactions.
We anticipate key legal and commercial issues in any transaction and guide clients through them.

As Our Ideal Candidate
* Two to five years PQE in banking and finance transactions, focusing on leveraged, acquisition, project or corporate and real estate finance.
* A proactive approach to help with technically challenging matters and make the most of opportunities.
* Exceptional drafting and strong analytical skills.
* The ability to work effectively with clients and peers at all levels.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
