Customer Service Coordinator Role
This is a key position within the supply chain team.
The customer service coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that every order flows smoothly, accurately and right on time to meet customer expectations.
They will be the voice and face of our customers within the business, partnering closely with sales, planning, manufacturing and quality teams to make sure every order meets customer needs.
* Owning the order journey from start to finish.
* Responding to customer queries with confidence and care across multiple communication channels.
* Championing customer-centric thinking across the organization.
* Identifying issues before they become problems and following through until a solution is delivered.
