The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client's manufacturing and distribution team based in Moorabbin. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments including warehouse, production, and logistics. * Process customer orders from entry through to dispatch
* Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries and order updates
* Track orders and provide customers with accurate ETAs
* Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
* Maintain accurate customer records and internal systems
* Perform high-volume data entry and administration tasks
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
* Support general office and customer service administration duties
About You:
* Previous experience in Customer Service Administration, Order Processing, or Sales Support
* Experience within manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, or industrial industries highly regarded
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
