Job Title:
Service Transformation Manager
* Leads a team responsible for redesigning and implementing new models of care.
The core function is to oversee the entire service transformation process, ensuring changes result in contemporary, safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Realigns service provision and delivery with various stakeholders.
* Ensures all changes result in safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
* Drives the integration of health services, networks, and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in health-related fields, business management, or equivalent degree.
* 5+ years in health service planning, development, or senior project management, preferably within a healthcare environment.
* Experience leading change management processes and multidisciplinary teams in a complex setting.
* Understanding of contemporary models of care, service delivery, and healthcare systems.
* Experience working with executive teams, senior stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality health services.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and engage stakeholders across multiple spectrums of the organisation.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
* High-level computer literacy, verbal, and written communication.
