Description
* End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll cycles across multiple entities and states
* Manage payroll activities including new starters, terminations, redundancies, and out-of-cycle payments
* Perform reconciliations across payroll, GL, superannuation, and statutory requirements
* Ensure compliance with STP, payroll tax, and superannuation obligations
* Respond to employee and stakeholder queries with a strong service focus
* Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Produce reporting and maintain data integrity across SAP and SuccessFactors systems
* Collaborate with Finance and People teams on projects and process enhancements
Profile
* Proven experience in a Senior Payroll Officer position, managing end-to-end payroll
* Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and legislative requirements
* Experience with SAP payroll
* High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify process improvements
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
