About the role

This is a chance to use your partnership development skills to help create greater opportunity for children with disability, people with disability and their families. You will identify, develop and progress funding opportunities across grants, trusts and foundations, private ancillary funds and corporate partnerships, helping to grow support that strengthens Northcott's reach and impact.

Develop and deliver Northcott's partnership strategy, with clear priorities and a focus on long‐term growth.

Build and manage a pipeline of funding opportunities across grants, trusts and foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships.

Develop strong proposals, cases for support and partnership approaches that reflect Northcott's impact and priorities.

Build trusted relationships with funders, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver outcomes.

Represent Northcott professionally in meetings, events and partner discussions.

About you

You will bring strong business development and relationship management experience, along with a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop compelling proposals and work collaboratively to secure support.

At least five years' experience in partnership development, grants or fundraising across the not‐for‐profit, government or corporate sectors.

A track record of securing revenue from a range of funding sources, including grants, trusts and foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships.

Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop clear, persuasive proposals and presentations.

The ability to build trusted relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in the disability, health or community services sector would be highly regarded.
