Hours: 7.6-hour shifts between 7am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Handle appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone.
* Manage patient records and perform various administrative tasks.
* Ensure smooth operations across all three clinic sites.
* Be available to cover shifts for annual and unplanned leave when needed.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
