Regional Therapeutic Care Lead
Role Description:
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will lead and coordinate the management of therapeutic residential care services across regional Western Australia.
The position involves developing and implementing operational frameworks, programs, and policies to ensure the best interests of young people are at the heart of all decisions.
As part of this role, you will also provide high-level operational advice that identifies risks and strategies to address them.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with non-government agencies to produce improved outcomes for young people.
Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with relevant national and international trends and issues impacting the directorate and provide advice accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational frameworks, programs, and policies to ensure the best interests of young people.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of therapeutic residential care principles and practices.
You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
In addition, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
