We seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our clients head office based in the inner Melbourne.
Responsibilities
As a professional receptionist / front of house or guest services attendant, you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team. Your daily tasks include:
* Meeting room booking coordination
* Stock ordering for stationary and kitchen supplies
* Managing contractors
* Responding to email enquiries
* Mailroom duties
* Accepting deliveries
* Other ad‐hoc tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experienced receptionist or front of house / guest services attendant
* Professional and positive attitude
* Adaptable to changing priorities
* Intermediate administrative skills with Microsoft Office
* Exceptional attention to detail
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.
