Job Title: Vehicle Parts Logistics Coordinator
This is a hands-on role that involves managing the flow of vehicle parts, coordinating logistics, and building strong relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries professionally, promote parts sales, and maintain high service standards.
* Liaise with suppliers to source and order parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and best-value procurement at all times.
* Support the team in achieving monthly sales, profit margin, and contribution targets.
* Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, maintaining high communication and cooperation levels to meet company service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct regular stock checks and cleanses; process internal transfers promptly to maintain accurate and efficient inventory management.
* Engage with local and national customers, delivering exceptional service to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of commercial truck and trailer parts.
* Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of personnel.
* Professional telephone manner and customer-facing confidence.
* Competent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
