As an Employment Consultant, you will be working closely with individuals to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. This role involves utilizing a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Utilise a person-centred approach to develop tailored services and support participants into meaningful employment
2. Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
3. Enhance employability through referral to support services and training
4. Provide in-employment support to sustain employment
5. Market your participants' skills to prospective employers
6. Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks
7. Keep detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements
8. Actively participate in the local community to promote services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment
* Relationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employers
* Quality focused with an attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelines
* Problem solvers with the ability to think outside the square and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employment
* Tech-Savvy and confident in using computers and online systems
