A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a celebrated developer, famed for delivering quality, substantial mixed-use projects across Australia. Ever expanding, they are seeking an experienced ADM to support the delivery of complex, luxurious and design-led developments.
Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of complex, design-led developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, design, and delivery of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects.
* Assist in feasibility analysis and financial modelling to evaluate project viability.
* Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and authorities throughout the development lifecycle.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and project schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to site inspections and ensure milestones are tracked against quality, cost, and program.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant building codes, planning controls, and design standards.
* Assist in design coordination with a focus on layouts, amenities, access, and services.
* Bring fresh ideas to improve design outcomes, project efficiencies, and resident experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
* A degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Ideally, some exposure to delivery in residential or mixed-use development.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to software like Estate Master or CAD is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about development.
