Carinity Education – Glendyne is currently looking for a Cook to join the team.
As a Cook, you are an integral member of the team, your expertise and dedication will contribute to the provision of high-quality fresh meals to school students in a commercial kitchen environment.
In this role, you will manage the kitchen and oversee the operating needs of the school canteen.
What do I need for the role?
Experience in commercial food preparation and ordering
Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality Management or similar discipline preferred
Demonstrated experience in development of nutrition programs, food preparation and/or kitchen management within a secondary school environment advantageous
Awareness of food allergies that may impact foodservice
Demonstrated sensitivity to social issues which may affect young people
Willingness to be the school's Food Safety Supervisor
