* Develop strong relationships with regular customers so they feel valued and appreciated
* Support the operations manager to keep the establishment running efficiently and effectively
* Learnt he ropes of being an operations manager while leading a team of hospitality professionals
* Identify and resolve any issues that may impact the customer experience
* Bring enthusiasm and passion to every shift to ensure excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
* Manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs and deliveries)
* Leading a team of staff and mentoring them to achieve operational excellence
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience
* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring excellent communication skills
