Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Network End-point Connectivity under Telecoms, driving LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi transformation along with Cyber and other Telecom platforms.
This position involves areas such as execution of production support, creating knowledge bases, producing relevant data for trending and analysis purposes, and providing technical/process guidance to project teams.
Close collaboration with group Telecom teams, Team leaders, and Managers is required to understand the scope of work, format, and expectations. Liaison with other technology teams is also necessary for support purposes.
Key responsibilities include assisting in identifying service delivery issues, post-implementation issues, escalations, and driving timely and successful closure. Organizing and leading meetings with regional teams, participating in crisis calls, and mitigating and recording risks early to ensure minimal impact on project deliveries are also part of the role.
