About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Administrative Leader to oversee our administrative functions in Geraldton WA.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage reception duties, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless delivery of services to clients across Western Australia.
* Safety and Compliance: Implement safety protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and maintain adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
* Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of premises, equipment, and vehicles.
* Strategic IT: Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
* Marketing and Events: Coordinate promotional activities and events.
Selection Criteria include qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or Business Administration, as well as demonstrated senior management experience.
