Customer Service Administrator (Mount Waverley) - Medical Devices - Oracle/Salesforce FSL desirable
Location: Mount Waverley, Melbourne. This is an on‑site role. The Service Administrator is responsible for day‑to‑day service operations, working with internal and external customers to meet satisfaction. The incumbent will interact with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalation. Responsibilities include providing support for quotes, processing sales orders, and responding to customer service needs such as shipment, billing, warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Coordinate Service Operations: manage part ordering, logistics, and timely delivery to support engineers in Australia & New Zealand; oversee returns to the Asian Distribution Center and assist with stock take and audits.
* Support Field & Customer Service: ensure smooth execution of installations, training, maintenance, and service calls; handle call‑center activities including case assignment and customer interactions.
* Maintain Systems & Team Collaboration: update and manage customer and business systems (e.g., Oracle R12, Salesforce FSL); provide backup support to team members and perform other assigned duties.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
* Minimum Diploma certification or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated capability to work independently and efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
* Proven ability to manage tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, including data entry, system updates, and process coordination.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in Oracle ERP, Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) & Microsoft Office.
