The Role
* End-to-end development for major urban renewal projects, involving strategy formulation, feasibility analysis, planning, design, and consultant engagement.
* Project management, including contractor and consultant oversight.
* Financial planning and reporting for multiple projects.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including partnerships and councils.
* Leading project teams to achieve milestones and deadlines.
Requirements
* 7-10 years of experience in development, with tertiary qualifications in property or a related field.
* Proven track record in residential project delivery, preferably major schemes.
* Experience working on public and private sector projects.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
