* Leadership & Management: You're skilled at managing staff, rosters, suppliers, and contractors.
* Financial Savvy: You're comfortable working with budgets, reporting, and meeting KPIs.
Key Deliverables: Your Impact
* Operations: Lead daily operations, ensure top-tier guest experiences during peak periods, and maintain full compliance across all aspects of the park.
* Events: Deliver successful weekly and weekend functions, while growing event revenue and building the business's reputation as a premier events destination.
* Growth: Drive occupancy and repeat visitation, introduce new ventures like nature-based programs, and foster guest loyalty.
* Strategic Planning: Translate a vision into actionable annual plans, manage capital works, and report on business performance.

* Base Salary: $90,000 p.a.
* Superannuation (11.5%): $10,350 p.a.

* Groceries Allowance: $10,400 p.a.
* Electricity provided: $3,500 p.a.
