What You'll Be Doing
* Build a highly profitable, purpose aligned network of affiliate partners and strategic relationships to help grow our brand
* Develop our affiliate and partnerships strategy, creating a clear view on the businesses most able to deliver value to our customers at every stage of their travel
* Be an innovative approach on how to create and deliver value‐based service offerings through partnerships
* Drive ancillary revenue and brand awareness
* Lead lifecycle marketing functions through both the referral and loyalty programs
* Manage a highly profitable travel affiliate revenue channel
* Lead the 'refer‐a‐friend' program to drive customer acquisition and business revenue
* Own the lifecycle and retention marketing strategy for the Freely Travel Rewards loyalty program
* Be the 'voice of the partner' within the Freely organisation, sharing your key partner insights and knowledge to ensure that we support our partners with the best outcome, for them, and their communities
This role is a 12-month maximum term contract, to be based in our North Sydney office.
Skills and Experience
* 10+ years' experience as a strategic travel partnerships manager having also worked in a start‐up environment
* Comfortable with public speaking and stakeholder management across all levels within a corporate environment
* Deep understanding of the skills and processes required to develop sales pipelines and partnership development across both large and small distributions networks
* Ability to work collaboratively and cross‐functionally to deliver positive results for agency sales
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
