A high-growth Australian business is searching for a commercially sharp Commercial Finance Manager to partner with operations and help shape the future of an expanding manufacturing network.This is not a back-office reporting role. It's a true leadership position sitting at the heart of the business – partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality and Logistics to improve margin, optimise cash, unlock productivity and support major investment decisions.You'll be the financial co-pilot to the supply chain and finance leadership team, bringing insight, challenge and commercial thinking to every key decision. From costing and inventory through to capex and long-range planning, you'll have a direct impact on business performance.What you'll be doing:Partnering with operational leaders to drive end-to-end supply chain performanceLeading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across manufacturing and operationsOwning product costing, inventory analysis, working capital and productivity reportingEvaluating capital projects, investment cases and post-implementation returnsDriving smarter systems, reporting automation and process improvementLeading and developing a small high-performing finance teamWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in commercial finance / business partnering within FMCG, manufacturing or a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of costing, inventory, logistics and operational KPIsCommercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholdersExcellent modelling, planning and analytical capabilityExperience with ERP / BI tools and strong Excel skillsCA / CPA qualified (or close to completion) preferredIf you're a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys being close to the action and making a real impact, this is an outstanding opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
