The apprenticeship is a ***** month fixed-term contract beginning September ****.
Amazon's military recruiting team welcomes former military personnel and their families.
You will work across a range of duties, from electrical to mechanical engineering, under the umbrella of Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME).
Your work will help keep critical machinery running safely and efficiently across Amazon's fulfillment network.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out proactive and preventative maintenance on complex automated equipment.
Performing reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
Using state-of-the-art tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
Modifying and upgrading existing equipment to improve performance.
Upholding Health and Safety policies and practices.
Participating in continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Your UK nationality or right to work in the UK; non-UK nationals must have settled status.
Minimum of 18 years old when commencing the programme.
A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A-C) in Maths, English and a science/technology subject.
No prior qualification at a similar level to this apprenticeship.
Preferred Qualifications
5 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A-C), including maths, English and a science/tech subject.
T-Level in an engineering subject or A-Levels with a bias towards science & technology.
Applicants must provide proof of all required qualifications by 17 July ****.
Failure to submit proof by this date will result in automatic withdrawal of the offer.
