We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised support to participants to assist with activities of daily living
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of care for participants
Requirements
* Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desirable)
* A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle
* Police Records Check
* Working with Children Check
* Manual handling training (desirable)
* Right to work in Australia
* Availability and willingness to use a personal smartphone
* NDIS Workers Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
