About the Role
We are setting up a new German-owned Tier 1 automotive component plant in KAEC.
To support our health, safety, and environmental setup, we are looking for a motivated HSE Officer with hands-on experience in industrial safety and compliance.
This role is ideal for candidates with a practical background, who want to grow within a multinational automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site.
Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
Conduct site inspections and report unsafe conditions.
Assist in incident reporting and follow-up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE regulations and company standards.
Support emergency drills and PPE compliance monitoring.
Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi nationality (mandatory).
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Kawader certification from HRDF preferred.
Knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations; basic understanding of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Arabic (fluent) and English (basic written and spoken).
NEBOSH / IOSH training is an advantage but not mandatory.
