Our client is a growing FMCG business based in Truganina, currently seeking a reliable and proactive Office All Rounder to join their fast‐paced team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to support multiple areas of the business including administration, customer service and operations.
About the Role
Working within a busy office environment, you will provide day‐to‐day administrative support while assisting across different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* General administration and office support
* Answering phones and responding to emails
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Processing orders, invoices and purchase orders
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport providers
* Assisting with dispatch and logistics coordination
* Filing, scanning and document management
* Supporting the wider team with ad‐hoc tasks as required
About You
Previous experience in an Administration or Office All Rounder role.
FMCG, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics experience highly regarded.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
High attention to detail.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced workplace.
