About the Role
You will be the face and first voice of our firm - managing front-of-house operations, supporting the legal team with administration, and playing an active role in converting enquiries from prospective clients. This is a varied, fast-paced role that goes well beyond traditional reception.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Front Desk
* Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and warm manner
* Manage all inbound lead calls and email enquiries, including from prospective clients
* Triage and direct enquiries, identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads
* Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area and common spaces
Administration & Files
* Maintain and organise client files and matter documentation
* Draft correspondence, client communications and standard legal documents
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
* Handle inbound and outbound mail, deliveries and data entry
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a reception or administration role within an Australian law firm or professional services environment
* Confident communicator - written and verbal - with a client-first approach
* Comfortable initiating conversations with new enquiries and following through
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal CRM or practice management software
* Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information
