We're expanding our People & Capability team and looking for a Learning & Development Advisor in Hazelmere, WA to help us strengthen capability and support career growth across our workforce.
Position Available: Learning & Development Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development Advisor to design, deliver, and manage engaging learning programs that support the growth of our people. In this role, you'll design digital, face-to-face, and blended learning using tools such as Articulate 360, deliver training sessions across the business, and ensure compliance programs are accurate and up to date. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and key stakeholders to translate training needs into practical, effective learning outcomes that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop engaging learning solutions (digital, face-to-face, and blended) using Articulate 360.
* Deliver interactive and practical training sessions tailored to business needs.
* Manage the delivery, content, and reporting of Centurion's organisational training compliance requirements.
* Partner with the business to develop compliance-related training materials, ensuring they are kept up to date and delivered to the right audiences.
* Oversee the use of Centurion's Organisational Training Matrix, including capturing requirements, developing content, allocating training to staff, and reporting outcomes back to the business.
* Collaborate with HSEQ, Compliance, Operations, and subject matter experts to ensure training is relevant, practical, and fit-for-purpose in operational environments.
* Report on compliance training completion through dashboards and provide accurate records for audits or regulatory requirements.
* Ensure Centurion remains compliant with training requirements under NHVAS, WA driving regulations, WorkSafe (all jurisdictions), and other applicable legislation.
* Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated.
* Monitor and report on training participation and completion rates through Elmo LMS, addressing any gaps.
* Maintain accurate training records and manage learning content and enrolments within Elmo LMS.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance data, recommending improvements.
* Assist with scheduling and coordination of training activities, including communications, logistics, and resources.
* Stay across industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve learning delivery and design.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Experience in learning design and delivery, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the business.
* Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and prioritise learning requirements.
* Knowledge of compliance training and experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to allocate, track, and report on learning.
Preferred
* Experience with Elmo LMS or similar systems.
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to transport and logistics.
* Experience coordinating large-scale training initiatives.
