Job Description
* Lead store operations including sales, P&L, compliance, and team performance
* Drive profitability and achieve sales targets across all site functions
* Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards
* Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery
* Recruit, coach, and develop team members across multiple roles
* Manage rosters, leave calendars, and performance reviews
* Maintain WHS compliance and foster a safety-first culture
* Represent TKD at trade shows, stocktakes, and promotional events
* Travel occasionally and work flexibly across a 5-day roster
The Successful Applicant
* Proven leadership experience in retail or trade/industrial tools environment
* Strong knowledge of sales principles, KPIs, and customer needs
* Skilled in team development, coaching, and performance management
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Commercially savvy with a passion for customer service
* Forklift license and frontline management qualifications (desirable)
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel (if necessary)
