The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious talent acquisition professional looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of recruitment outcomes across a growing consulting business while working closely with experienced leaders and delivery teams. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting and securing exceptional talent across PMO, transformation and project delivery capabilities. It is a fast‑paced role that requires strong judgement, stakeholder engagement and the ability to balance speed, quality and culture while supporting the continued growth of the business.
What You’ll Do
* Lead recruitment activities across PMO, transformation and delivery‑related roles
* Source, screen and assess candidates across active client and internal opportunities
* Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to current and future business demand
* Conduct candidate quality assurance reviews to ensure alignment to role requirements and Tranzformd standards
* Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and recruitment activities
* Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities for employees and contractors
* Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records and reporting
* Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to support hiring outcomes
* Contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment and people processes
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised recruitment professional who enjoys working with people and building high‑performing teams. You understand that successful recruitment is about more than filling roles—it is about identifying capability, maintaining high standards and ensuring the right people join the business.
* Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or workforce coordination
* Strong sourcing and candidate management capability
* Experience recruiting across PMO, project delivery, transformation or consulting‑related roles highly desirable
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to assess both capability and cultural alignment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
* Professional services or consulting industry experience highly regarded
