The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused HR Administrator to join our dynamic People, Quality & Safety team in this full time or part time (minimum 30 hours per week) role. This is your chance to bring your admin smarts to a role that matters.
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will provide vital support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance review processes
* Keeping HR records neat, tidy, accurate and audit-ready
* Tracking milestones like probations, training, and compliance dates
* Being the friendly first point of contact for HR queries
* Helping coordinate staff training and development
* Assisting with payroll paperwork and rostering support
* Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and values working in a purpose-driven environment where people come first.
